Double Conical Pair movimentation 

Thanks to its know how, Traimec has realized and presents the new conical pair drive system. Using same components on different technical configurations, is obtained a right mechanical equilibrium.

Basic configurations

• Conical pair gears mechanic, steel or synterized made, tempered 60 HRC.
• Oil bath or dry lubrification operation.
• Rotation axes on pregreased bearings.
• Pitches from 37,5 mm till 200 mm, are possible all decimal steps, decimal too.

Motion distribution:

• Principal drives with motoreducers or motovariators with optimal distributions through more different options, starting from a drive every 3/4 modules till a drive every 50/60 modules covering all intermediate combinations.

  • With helicoidal worm screw coupling reducers on each single drive module.

  • With helicoidal worm screw coupling reducers on each multidrive module.

  • Module-module link with chain-pinion.
