PRO GEAR DRIER:    Drive configuration max 4 modules

• Simple and economic movimentation, where a motoreducer or a motovariator leads directly 1 or 2 modules to which are link others between joints.
• This different configuration, preserves principal mechanical characteristics and is used for kiln and drier too.
• It is furthermore very indicated for multifloors driers with input-output guide-rollers, integrated and managed by respective lateral drives.
• There's the possibility to realize different modules, using shafts by crown wheel with light major number of teeth to vary rollers speed in cooking phase.
• Crown wheels can be made in tempered or synterized steel.
• It has been studied a kind of dry lubrification which resist to the high temperature of use, antidust, which guarantees long duration and minor mantenance.
