PRO GEAR MONO:    Single drive configuration

The configuration includes use of a single motoreducer or motovariator which leads in series full line of link shafts and reducers placed on board of each module.

The system permits different options:

• Adjointing of 1-2 modules without modify on electric panel.

• Emergency motoreducer linear group, current+battery.

• Emergency group with double drive system.

It is choosed for the minimum drive number and simple PLC management.

• There's the possibility to realize different modules, using shafts by crown wheel with light major number of teeth to vary rollers speed in cooking phase.

• Crown wheels can be made in tempered or synterized material.

• It has been studied a kind of lubrification which resists to the high temperature of use, which guarantees long duration and minor maintenance.
